Semrush publishes additional users from $45 a month. RankX AI includes three seats on the $49 Starter, ten on Growth and 25 on Pro. A three-person team is one invoice on RankX AI and, on Semrush's published rates, the base plan plus two user fees.
The assistants are named, and there are six surfaces
RankX AI publishes exactly which surfaces it watches: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity in the nightly run, plus Google AI Overviews on your tracked keywords. Semrush's pricing page states prompt allowances rather than an engine list, so a buyer cannot tell from it which assistants are covered.

It is the tool your team already knows
Semrush is the default in most SEO teams, with training, integrations and a hiring pool built around it. Switching costs are real and rarely worth paying for a narrower product.
